By commissioning me you're automatically agreeing to all of the below terms. You won't receive a physical copy of your commission. You're paying for a fully digital service.

PROCESS
☆ I am a slow artist, so please be aware commissions may take up to 2 months to complete due to my schedule.☆ A rush fee will be charged if requested a time of completion.☆ A WIP of the sketch will be provided. There will be regular check-ins for every process of the artwork (finished sketch, line art and base color).
PAYMENT
☆ USD payment via PayPal invoice or Ko-fi.☆ Clients are required to send payment upfront. I will not begin on a commission until it is fully paid for.
REFUNDS
☆ I can refund 80% If I haven’t started working on your commission. 40% if I already made and sent a sketch (excludes sketch commissions).☆ If your commission is in the finishing stages (coloring and rendering) I can’t refund.
USAGE
☆ Personal use only (ie. icons, wallpapers, as gifts, etc.)☆ All commissions are copyrighted. You cannot sell, repurpose, or claim the artwork as your own.☆ At no point may my commissions be used/made/sold for NFT, Crypto, or blockchain related. Work may not be used for AI training or reference in any capacity.☆ Clients can post the final artwork on their social media platforms so long as any signature is not removed from the piece and include proper credit.
EDITS AND CORRECTIONS
☆ SMALL edits (expression, markings, other minor details) may be made after the commission is completely finished.☆ Any other LARGE edits (pose changes, backgrounds, etc) must be requested while the commission is still a WIP. Otherwise there will be an extra charge.
TATTOO DESIGNS
☆ If your commission has a deadline, there will be a rush fee.☆ I am not a tattoo artist; if you purchase a tattoo design from me, you must find an artist in your area to tattoo it.☆ You must be 18 or older to purchase a custom tattoo design.☆ Do not use this design for any commercial use.☆ Feel free to make changes, edits, add color, etc as you and/or your tattoo artist see fit.
